Elize du Toit (born 5 September 1981 in Grahamstown, South Africa) is a British actress best known for playing the role of Izzy Davies in the Channel 4 Soap Opera Hollyoaks from 2000 to 2004, with a brief return in 2007. In 2000, whilst studying for a history degree at the   more... of Edinburgh she took part in the Hollyoaks "On the Pull" auditions, and subsequently beat 10,000 other hopefuls for a part in the show. She was cast as the character Izzy Cornwell an upper class, attractive blonde who studied at the local college.  less
