Elizabeth "Liz" Margaret McClarnon (born 10 April 1981 in Liverpool) is an English pop singer and member of the band Atomic Kitten. She is now also a celebrity cook and presenter. Her music teacher in secondary school arranged for her to take part in an audition with Andy McCluskey, who wanted   more... set up a girl band. In 1997, McClarnon became one of the original members of Atomic Kitten - she went on to co-write many of the group's songs. She is the only original member remaining in Atomic Kitten following the departure of the two other original members; Heidi Range was replaced by Natasha Hamilton in 1998, and Kerry Katona was replaced by Jenny Frost in 2001. Atomic Kitten have sold over 14 million albums and singles around the world.  less
